Wuerstelhocker
What the bistro was in the 1800s, the Wuerstelstand is today: a stage for Vienna's everyday gathering, regardless of social status. The Wuerstelhocker reimagines this setting with humour and typical Wiener Schmaeh — a sausage-shaped seat on a fork base, drawn from the language of street food.
The bright Wuerstl nest into each other like a pack of sausages, and land at the ideal height for a quick bite or a social gathering. The classic wooden fork and grilling tongs make up the base of the stool — an overall expression of Viennese humour and snack culture.
Both functional and playful, the Wuerstelhocker invites pause, conversation, laughter, connection.
